Job Description Aramark Facilities Management is seeking a Custodial Supervisor to lead day-to-day custodial operations at Houston Christian University. This is a high-visibility, day-shift leadership role responsible for maintaining cleanliness standards across campus while actively supporting students, faculty, and staff during peak hours. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the campus remains clean, safe, and presentable throughout the day. Unlike overnight roles, the supervisor will be working in real time alongside campus activity, requiring strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. The Custodial Supervisor serves as the bridge between frontline custodial teams and management, ensuring expectations are clearly communicated and consistently executed.
