Description Behavioral Health Solutions (BHS) is seeking Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs, FNPs, AGNPs) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) licensed in Washington to work direct care within our contracted Skilled Nursing Facilities. Behavioral Health Solution's team of mental health treatment professionals specialized in providing comprehensive behavioral health services for adults and geriatrics in a variety of settings. Service areas to incorporate: - Skagit, Mt. Vernon, Coupeville Responsibilities: - Provide face-to-face psychiatric services to patients directly in Skilled Nursing Facilities. - Assess the patient’s mental status based on symptoms. - Appropriately diagnose DSM-V disorders and develop treatment plans. - Apply appropriate medical decision-making skills for mental health issues including psychopharmacology options and non-pharmacological treatments. - Staff clinical cases with psychiatrists.
