Second Shift: 1:15 pm - 9:45 pm The role of the Production Associate is to perform basic production tasks for various stages for the processing of ceramic material into finished and semi-finished product, including mixing and canting, assembling, inspecting and packaging, and operating equipment and machinery, as needed. Essential Functions/Responsibilities: - Safely and efficiently perform production activities, including but not limited to vacuum forming operations, mixing and decanting, assembling, inspecting and packaging, and hot press and CNC operations. - Read and interpret work orders and specifications to fabricate vacuum formed ceramic fiber insulating shapes. - Safe...
