As a Bid and Proposal Specialist , you will play a crucial role in supporting project-specific bid/RFP processes and ensuring the timely submission of high-quality, client-centric proposals. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Contract Compliance, you will assist in managing various aspects of the pursuit process, including the review and summarization of key legal and business points, as well as the preparation and approval of bid and RFP responses. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Legal, Inventory, Operations, and Finance to develop and execute proposals that meet client needs and align with company objectives.
