Job description

A fantastic opportunity for a Head of Strategy Execution, working closely with the International leadership team to set, coordinate and deliver strategy across the International geography. The Role: Strategy formulation: Facilitates collaborative process, ensuring well-articulated and prioritised roadmap and set of medium and long-term goals Planning and Execution : Focuses on plans to implement the strategy Governance & Reporting: Develop a framework to track objectives and performance Communications : Plays a key role in the development and execution of the International comms strategy - Drafts strategy papers and presentations for key internal and external stakeholders - Keeps informed of market developments and potential disruptions and revises strategy as appropriate - Contributes to strategy formulation and ensures variations across the regions are embedded into planning - Manages key global stakeholders; ensures relationships are established and they buy-in, contribute and support delivery of the International business plan - Works closely with Region, Business, and Function Heads across International to understand the internal culture and capabilities of each region to deve...
