Production Supervisor

LOCATION - Spruance/Mylar Facility The Production Supervisor will lead a 24/7 Team to make in-spec product per production schedule while embracing the 4 manufacturing core principles of SQRE: Safety, Quality, Reliability, and Employee Engagement. This role is critical to identifying, escalating, and addressing emerging issues, which could impact the organization’s ability to safely manufacture in-spec product per the production schedule. A key aspect of this role is developing operators on shift and providing informal and formal Performance Management of the team.
