YOUR NEW POSITION: For our MANGO store in Helsinki, we are recruiting a part-time Sales Assistant (10 hours per week) for a fixed-term period from 26 June to 9 August. The role includes evening and weekend shifts. YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Welcoming our customers and politely offering assistance. Advising customers, excellent product knowledge. Quickly identifying and responding appropriately to customer needs in order to maximise sales. When serving several customers at the same time, providing each of them with professional advice. Ensuring that customer service takes priority over other tasks. Keeping the shop tidy and attractive. Knowledge of the store's sales targets and the level of their achievement.
