The Senior Real Estate Loan Closer prepares and reviews closing packages for all real estate secured loans, provides documents to closing agents in a timely manner, answers questions related to loan closings to facilitate a timely closing, and reviews reports and documentation related to workflow and loan funding. This position is expected to have hands on knowledge of all Loan Closing Services functions and to assist with research and problem resolution as needed. Responsibilities: - 60%- Process loan closing documents on the loan origination system, utilize document repositories for loan file documentation, utilize the secured site for uploading and downloading closing documents. Review insurance, taxes, and additional documents for accuracy and to address escrow related issues. Ensure regulation disclosure timing requirements are met. Maintain an active pipeline while completing loan review and processing.
