In this role, you will ensure safe, cost-effective, and brand-consistent repair decisions for client fleets. The Specialist analyzes collision repair estimates, provides direct repair guidance, negotiates costs, and serves as a subject matter expert for both clients and internal stakeholders. The position directly influences physical damage spend, cost avoidance, and client satisfaction. What You'll Do: Review and analyze incoming estimates, photos, and repair documentation to determine the most efficient and safe repair approach.
