The Digitization and Automation team is part of Global HR and is responsible for defining and implementing plans to identify, maintain, and continuously improve HR tools and technology. The team ensures alignment with Global HR strategy and programs while enhancing the overall employee digital experience. As the Business Analyst, Digitization and Automation, you will support the Senior Manager, Global HR Technology Enablement in driving continuous improvements across HR systems and processes. You will partner across Global HR and Global Technology to develop roadmaps, enhance employee experience, and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Global HR function through HR systems.
