District Manager

Job description

Primary Responsibilities: - Lead and manage all district operations, including field and shop activities - Drive operational efficiency, productivity, and service quality across the region - Champion safety initiatives and ensure compliance with all HSE standards - Oversee workforce planning, staffing, training, and performance management - Manage inventory levels, equipment utilization, and cost control measures - Monitor operational performance metrics and implement process improvements - Collaborate with leadership on financial performance, including Profit & Loss - Ensure accurate operational reporting, documentation, and billing coordination Job Duties: - Coordinate Cyclops Setting Tool pickup and delivery operations with field teams and customers - Supervise tool disassembly, inspection, rebuilding, and testing to meet company standards - Investigate operational issues and tool failures, supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions - Ensure tools, equipment, and company vehicles are properly maintained and available - Report all phases of the Cyclops Recycling Program through iFortress software - Provide technical and operational support to customers and internal tea...
