Introduction: Are you a property professional with strong technical building knowledge including defects, building safety, HHSRS and housing disrepair protocol ? Are you able to manage complex cases as a project from initial enquiry to completion and able to explain complex information clearly to members of the public, staff and contractors? Are you able to manage, motivate, and develop teams and individuals? Do you have a proven track record leading surveying teams and producing high‑quality specifications, technical reports, and costed solutions?
