About the Role iCapital is looking to hire an Associate or Assistant Vice President to join the Structured Investments m+ ETF Distribution team to focus on sales in the Western region. This high-performing leader will oversee all aspects of selling the ETF strategies to financial professionals, primarily in the RIA and IBD space. This role will report to the m+ funds Division Leader and will work on a team of professionals who are making an impact at iCapital. This individual is strategic, entrepreneurial, hands-on, and able to manage multiple clients, while developing new relationships. Responsibilities: - Leverage a consultative sales process to acquire new relationships, expand existing client relationships, and service existing clients. - Work with other Sales teams within iCapital to expand the reach of m+ ETFs within the iCapital ecosystem. - Educate advisors on the merits of m+ ETFs as part of client portfolios. - Onboard new clients to iCapital’s best-in-class network to support business growth. - Travel regularly in the market to meet with advisors and clients to support new and existing business. - Utilize contact management systems to capture information, schedule follow...
