Purpose of the Role: BGIS is seeking an experienced HVAC Team Leader to support building services operations within a large and busy healthcare campus on the Gold Coast. Reporting directly to the Site Facilities leadership team, you will work closely with both BGIS and client stakeholders to coordinate HVAC maintenance activities, support service delivery outcomes, and guide a small team of skilled technicians.
