Omniscient Digital is an organic growth agency that partners with ambitious B2B SaaS companies like SAP, Adobe, Loom, and Hotjar to turn SEO and content into growth engines. About This Role: We’re looking for a Research Analyst who can transform raw data into compelling narratives, strategic insights, and measurable business impact. You love a spreadsheet, but you’re also the kind of person who looks at a dataset and sees a story that will get shared by CMOs and cited by journalists. In this role, you’ll work on original research studies for Omniscient and on behalf of our clients that are cited, shared, and influence the industry narrative. What You’ll Do: Design and lead original research (40%) Develop research methodologies from scratch: survey design, sampling strategy, data collection, and statistical analysis Analyze large datasets (often hundreds of thousands of data points) using Python, R, or similar tools to find patterns that matter Identify and craft the data narrative. Work with stakeholders to turn data into a compelling story and narrative that achieves business outcomes.
