We're looking for a Commercial Assistant to provide essential support to Fleet operations, ensuring accurate costing, timely recharging, and aiding P&L management. You'll play a crucial role in driving transactional efficiency and aiding informed decision-making across the business. Embedded within the Fleet in Wellingborough and reporting into the Commercial team. Making Possible: - Ensure all fleet items (vehicle hire, maintenance, fuel, insurance) are costed correctly - Verify charges and process recharges to internal clients in a timely manner - Resolve billing queries and discrepancies efficiently - Maintain accurate records of all fleet transactions - Coordinate with finance and project teams to facilitate timely payments and cost allocation - Provide close support to the Fleet management team on team P&L - Collate and analyse transactional data relating to fleet operations - Support management in understanding variances, trends, and cost drivers - Develop and maintain vehicle-level P&L reports. - Track costs, utilisation, and profit...
