Job description

Position Summary: The Registered Nurse (RN) – Float Pool is a professional caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients for a designated shift. The RN provides direct and indirect patient care in various units, including but not limited to medical-surgical, telemetry, emergency, intensive care, and other specialty areas, depending on competency and facility needs. The float pool RN adapts quickly to new environments and demonstrates flexibility, critical thinking, and strong clinical skills. Qualifications: Compensation/Incentives: PRN Float Days - $55 no benefits, must travel to CR, MC, UC and no mileage paid (Nights will have a additional $7) Bonus: Potential for a performance-based bonus, subject to eligibility criteria and achievement of defined metrics.
