BASIC FUNCTION: Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Real Estate Development and Planning, the Assistant Vice President of Real Estate and Finance will lead a diverse portfolio of statewide real estate transactions from community engagement and planning, environmental review and public approvals, transaction closing, and construction. The AVP will be responsible for leading financial and economic analysis for projects across the department’s portfolio.
