Classification Title: Customer Service Rep Classification Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and one year of experience. Job Description: The University of Florida College of Dentistry is seeking applications for a Customer Service Rep in Dental Records and Patient Registration. This position provides clerical and non-clerical support to the Office of Clinic Administration. Support of Patient Registration: - Aid the Patient Registration Area with management of patient check in, questions, phone calls, college switchboard. - Utilize Axium to accurately collect and document Protected Health Information (PHI). - Prepare daily for patient appointments. Collect and accurately record all demographic information, obtain photo identification, insurance details and obtain all necessary patient consent forms. - Professionally answer calls from patients and internal personnel. - Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby environment while adhering to all safety and security protocols. - Responsible for logging use of wheelchairs and sign stands.
