Job Title: Tax Supervisor Department: Tax: Location: Remote or Hybrid: Successful candidates should have the following: - 4+ years of tax and public accounting experience - Possess a broad understanding of Tax Law with specialized knowledge in a particular area(s) of HNW individuals, partnerships, LLCs, trusts, taxation of pass-throughs, non-profit experience, estate and gift tax, investment advisory, and financial planning. - Ability to prepare working trial balance and year-end adjusting entries - Excellent skills, analytical, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills - Demonstrated ability to utilize Excel, Word, and CCH Axcess - Outstanding leadership, mentoring, and interpersonal skills, fostering client and staff relationships Educational Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or other business-related fields - A CPA certification is required A day-in-the-life basic overview includes: Benefits: G|S offers market-leading benefits, including medical/dental/vision insurance, a profit-sharing plan, parental leave, and a 401(k) match plan.
