Company Description R26_0008408: NielsenIQ is seeking a Junior Commercial Counsel to play a key supporting role within the NA legal team. Reporting to the General Counsel, Americas, this junior legal position will assist with a broad range of commercial legal matters, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements under the guidance of senior legal team members. Working closely with the Senior Counsel, Canada, and under the direction of the General Counsel, Americas, this role will collaborate with commercial, product, and operational teams to provide practical legal support on a variety of contractual matters. The Junior Commercial Counsel will gain hands-on experience supporting licensing, client, vendor, and partnership agreements, balancing risk management with business needs in a dynamic, global company environment. This is a remote position for anyone currently living in and eligible to work in Canada.
