Meaningful Work From Day One: Lead and coordinate the operational execution of the Europe, Africa, Asia Pacific Division RTC strategy at regional and market level. Engage with the Senior Director, Chief of Staff and Operations, the broader division commercial team and the local market experts to provide operational commercial direction and execution leadership around Route to Consumer optimisation and innovation, channel strategy (incl but not limited to Project On Fashioned) and ad hoc division-led commercial responsibilities as they arise. Furthermore, ensure cross-functional integration with adjacent areas such as Finance, Marketing. Provide strategic support to local markets in shaping the direction of their geographic strategy as it relates to RTC. This is a role where you will need to be in the office 4 days a week with Fridays working from home. This will be a 12 month maternity cover.
