Job description

Primary Responsibilities: - Implement and maintain HSE processes, procedures, and the EPS Global HSE Management System (HSE 360) - Ensure compliance with OSHA, TCEQ, and other applicable regulatory requirements - Lead or support incident investigations and drive injury-prevention initiatives - Partner with leadership and employees to identify hazards and implement corrective actions - Oversee environmental compliance, including storm water, air permits, and waste management - Manage Hazard Communication programs and maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS) Job Duties: - Conduct and document HSE inspections, audits, and compliance activities - Deliver HSE orientation and ongoing training for employees - Review and update HSE policies, procedures, and Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) - Initiate and track work orders for HSE-related equipment and repairs - Coordinate with HR and Workers’ Compensation on injury and case management - Serve as primary contact during internal and external HSE audits and inspections - Lead toolbox talks and participate in HSE meetings and initiatives - Perform a mix of administrative (40–50%) and production floor (50–60%) responsibilities - Travel approximately 5% annu...
