The Director of Projects is responsible for leading and overseeing the successful execution of all projects across the organization. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction. The Director of Projects will drive operational excellence, team performance, and financial success within the projects department. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers, Coordinators, and Estimators through the full project lifecycle—from planning and design to execution and closeout. - Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure efficient and effective project delivery. - Manage and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a primary point of contact for key accounts and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. - Take ownership of the overall financial performance of the projects department,including revenue, profitability, cost control, and forecasting. - Partner with company General Managers and other internal stakeholders to ensure proper coordination of project manpower, timelines, and priorities. - Establish an...
