What You’ll Do: The Junior Consultant supports workforce planning and human capital analytics engagements by conducting research, analyzing data, and contributing to the development of workforce assessments and recommendations. This role provides foundational support across all phases of workforce analysis while building expertise in consulting methodologies and IO psychology applications.
