Overview Our Aviator Nation Malibu & Dreamland Maintenance is one who loves working in a fast-paced environment, with a get-it-done mentality and always has a positive mindset going into every day’s challenges while representing the Aviator Nation Brand and Lifestyle! The maintenance role is essential to the operation of the retail and restaurant – checking up on all aspects of the building, keeping interior and exterior of the building clean, and making sure everything is in operating order, and cooperating with other team members. Individuals in this role take pride in their work and are passionate about promoting a clean and safe environment. Demonstrates strong work ethics and reliability. Key Responsibilities: ● Ensures all aspects of the building are maintained and ready for customer visits. ● Regular deep cleaning, organization, and service of exterior areas, including the trash/waste management, light landscaping maintenance and the outside store front including sidewalks and windows. ● Daily trash and recycling collection and removal. ● Adhere to daily and weekly cleaning and maintenance checklists and schedules (see below). ● Communicate any facilities issues to the manag...
