Job Title: Business Analyst Job Description: Business Analyst The Role: The Business Analyst is responsible for delivering high‑quality reporting, insights and dashboard solutions to support global and market stakeholders. This role plays a critical part in translating complex data into clear business‑oriented recommendations and generating insights that drive the continuous improvement of Consumer Care capabilities and programs. The Business Analyst must be able to understand business challenges, translate them into analytical requirements, and communicate findings in a clear, compelling way to different audiences—including market stakeholders, functional teams and Executive Committee level. This role also acts as a bridge between business teams and technical teams, ensuring that reporting solutions, processes and platforms evolve in line with business needs.
