DEFINITION: To serve the customer by providing them with a superior food product and quick, friendly, and superior service. SUPERVISION RECEIVED AND EXERCISED: Receives direction from the stores management team. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Essential duties may include, but are not limited to the following: 1. Assembling menu items 2. Prepping all food items 3. Packaging the menu items 4. Portion control 5. Proper holding and storage of all food items 6. Taking out the trash 7. Assisting in front-of-house operations as necessary 8. Unpacking and storing incoming inventory orders 9. Reporting to management when equipment is malfunctioning 10.
