This dual-role position is responsible for leading stump grinding operations while also providing professional tree care consultations, pruning, and maintenance services to residential customers. The ideal candidate has hands-on arboriculture experience, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Lead and manage stump grinding crews, ensuring daily job readiness and proper equipment selection. Review daily job schedules and confirm routing and check-ins using Samsara. Ensure all trucks are clean, properly stocked, and compliant with safety standards.
