Job Summary Medline Industries is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support Division 49 – EVS and Division 50 – Textiles at our Northfield, IL headquarters. This role will report to the Senior Manager, Finance and serve as a key finance partner to divisional leadership. The Senior Financial Analyst will operate with a high degree of autonomy, owning financial analysis, planning, and forecasting activities while translating complex data into actionable insights. This role plays a critical part in supporting strategic decision‑making, improving financial performance, and partnering closely with business leaders. Job Description: Job Responsibilities: Own and analyze monthly financial results, trends, and key performance metrics across the full P&L (sales, AGM, customer drivers, adjustments, etc.). Partner directly with Division Presidents and senior leaders to communicate results, key drivers, risks, and opportunities. Review and analyze expenses and operating statements, including COGS, product costs, and overhead. Ensure accuracy and completeness of internal financial statements prior to publication.
