Corporate Accounting Manager

Bessemer Trust is seeking an experienced Manager to join the Corporate Accounting team. The ideal candidate will be able to manage accounting activities for certain legal entities, ensure the financial statement compilation and bank regulatory reporting is completed timely and accurately, and oversee the accounting and enhancements related to intergroup allocations. We also expect this person to make a meaningful contribution to enhancing the close process. This role will report into the Head of Corporate Accounting and will have meaningful interaction with our Corporate Controller. The Corporate Accounting Manager will be responsible for: - Specific bank subsidiary accounting close processes and regulatory reporting - Key deliverables include legal entity trial balances, bank subsidiary call reports - Accounting for fees from client services, our primary revenue driver - Accounting for pensions and intergroup allocations - Delivery of financial statement close packages to the Head of Corporate Accounting and Corporate Controller - Lead the Corporate Accounting department’s board reporting processes - Meaningfully contribute to the year-end audit, including oversee financial statem...
