Financial Management Senior Analyst, Capital & Enterprise Planning

Job description

The Capital Planning function supports enterprise capital allocation and investment governance through financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, and decision support. This position sits within our Atlanta based Global Support Center with an expectation to be onsite 80% of the time. PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: - Provide financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting in support of enterprise capital planning and investment governance - Evaluate capital investments and strategic initiatives across a multi-brand portfolio - Monitor financial performance against approved budgets and forecasts - Partner with Finance, Accounting, and cross-functional stakeholders to support informed decision making - Translate financial data into clear, decision useful insights for senior leadership and Board review RESPONSIBILITIES: - Develop and maintain financial models supporting capital investment decisions, including business cases, sensitivity analysis, and return metrics (NPV, IRR, ROI) - Support long-range planning, annual operating plans, and periodic forecasts for enterprise initiatives - Perform monthly and quarterly variance analysis for budget vs. forecast vs. actual results; identify and exp...
