Job Description: The Sales Operations Support Specialist will be a resource to help support Salesforce (SFDC), Natterbox call monitoring, and other enablement platform work and partner with the Director of Sales and Success Strategy Performance and Technology to develop processes and training to support those platforms, as well as being involved in ongoing work to improve the capabilities of the sales system and the overall results of Scholastic Book Fairs. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Participate in weekly calls for SFDC and Natterbox platform as it relates to requirements gathering, sprint planning, sprint demos, UAT, and stand-up calls, where necessary. 2. Partner with Sales Technology Product Manager to document training opportunities, and support training as needed. Meet with Sales Leadership, end users, and the CRM team to summarize and present needs for platorm enhancements. 3. Partner with Sales Leadership, under the guidance of the Director of Sales and Success Strategy Performance and Technology to align Sales territories yearly. 4.
