About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Software Engineer. The Lead Software Engineer (LSE) will have a technical role in the team responsible for design & development, test and deploy the software. This LSE will actively contribute to all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) from requirement gathering, design, development, testing and overall technical design, development using Gen AI stack along with other technology and integration tools. The success of the role will require focusing on delivering the solution per requirements with a quick turnaround time and yet without any compromise on quality. This role will need a strong ability to work independently to complete design, development, and testing tasks as we are developing partnerships and working closely with business teams, and technology groups to ensure delivery per requirements and alignment with technology standards and best practices.
