We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Systems & Automation Lead - someone who sits at the intersection of recruiting, data, and workflow design. This role is ideal for someone who understands the day-to-day realities of recruiting but is energized by improving the systems behind it. You won't just support recruiting operations.
