Receiving & Material Control: - Receive inbound deliveries and verify quantities against packing slips and purchase orders - Inspect materials for damage and accuracy - Perform material receipt transactions in company software systems - Label and properly store materials in designated warehouse locations - Coordinate resolution of receiving discrepancies Material Staging & Production Support: - Stage materials for prefab and assembly operations - Maintain material availability for scheduled production activities - Coordinate movement of materials between warehouse and fabrication areas - Support workflow efficiency through organized staging practices Shipping & Outbound Logistics: - Prepare completed assemblies for shipment - Package materials to prevent damage during transit - Coordinate outbound freight scheduling as needed - Load trucks safely and efficiently Inventory Accuracy & Systems: - Maintain accurate inventory through timely system updates - Perform cycle counts as assigned - Assist with in...
