Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Job description

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will supervise and develop production teams while ensuring a safe work environment, consistent product quality, and on‑time delivery for our customers. You will promote continuous improvement, maintain cost targets, and support a culture of operational excellence across assigned shifts. A Taste of Your Responsibilities: - Monitor daily production to ensure quality, productivity, and cost targets are achieved. - Lead, coach, and develop team members to perform job responsibilities effectively. - Provide training to maintain compliance with procedures and drive skill development. - Evaluate performance and give clear, actionable communication to support improvement. - Support safety programs including lock-out/tag-out, personal protective equipment usage, and confined space requirements. - Enforce plant rules, regulations, and operating procedures. - Partner with cross‑functional teams to identify and implement process improvements. - Maintain accurate documentation and reporting to support operational standards.
