About the role: The Shipping Supervisor acts as the critical link between internal inventory operations and external delivery networks, ensuring high-volume outbound goods are packed, labeled, and loaded accurately and on time. This role is a hands-on, fast-paced leadership position that requires managing teams of associates and coordinating with carriers to meet critical deadlines.
