As a key member of our patient-centered, family-friendly practice, you’ll help create smooth, positive experiences for patients of all ages while supporting the orthodontist and the office’s day-to-day operations. No orthodontic experience? No problem! We provide full training in insurance processes, scheduling, patient communication, claims management, and more — and you’ll be paid while you learn. What You’ll Do: - Welcome patients and families with warmth, professionalism, and clear communication. - Schedule appointments and coordinate care between the orthodontist and patients. - Verify insurance benefits, manage claims, and complete orthodontic pre-authorizations accurately and promptly. - Assist patients with financial arrangements and process payments. - Conduct patient outreach and follow-ups to keep treatment plans on track. - Maintain office records, spreadsheets, and other administrative tasks. - Support general clerical and operational duties t...
