Job Description Perform advanced warehouse and inventory control functions in support of NYCHA operations. Responsibilities include receiving, inspecting, storing, and distributing materials and supplies; maintaining accurate and perpetual inventory records; conducting cycle counts and assisting with physical inventories; and utilizing systems such as Oracle and Maximo for inventory tracking. The position also provides day-to-day operational oversight and coordination of Housing Stock Worker Level 1 employees and Caretaker I staff assigned to storeroom and material distribution functions, ensuring adherence to inventory control procedures, proper material handling, and accurate documentation. The selected candidate will report to a Supervisor of Housing Stock Workers, Assistant Director, or other designated managerial staff within the Logistics & Inventory unit.
