Job description

QUALIFICATIONS: - Provide daily oversight and leadership for all GSOC activities, ensuring alignment with the organization’s security and business objectives. - Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of GSOC Intelligence & Operations Analyst and Supervisors, fostering a high-performance culture. - Act as the first incident commander in response to global incidents, taking the lead in coordinating and managing the response, and ensuring proper escalation until resolution or handover to senior leadership. - Review and analyze Daily Activity Reports, Incident Reports, Incident Notifications, and Employee Advisories, to monitor operational performance, ensure timely and accurate communication, and drive continuous improvement. - Collaborate with senior security leadership on key initiatives, investigations, and long-term planning to enhance overall security operations. - Interface with federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies as necessary for significant incidents and ensure proper escalation procedures are followed. - Monitor compliance with relevant regulations, contractual obligations, and industry best practices to ensure alignment with organizational standards. - Provi...
