Hourly Pay Range: $57.76 - $80.86 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Highlights: - Advanced Practice Provider (APN/PA) – Neurosciences Department - ​Role to have overlap with Neuro-Hospitalist team and Neuro Critical Care team - Location: NCH Hospital, Arlington Heights IL 60005 - Full Time, 40 hour Week - Hours: 12 hour shifts, between the hours of 6:00am and 10:00pm. - Rotating Weekends Job Description: Exciting opportunity to join Endeavor Health in the Neurosciences Department in both a Neuro-Hospitalist setting and Neuro Critical Care setting. Under the direction of the collaborating physician(s), provides care to patients. Obtains detailed history and performs physical examinations, orders imaging, lab tests and diagnostic procedures and interprets results. Instructs patients on the prescribed therapeutic regimen and pre/post operative instructions. Maintains records and writes progress notes on status, treatments and procedures.
