Veterinary Receptionist O’Dowd Veterinary – Ardee, Co. Louth Fixed-Term Contract (6 months) | Full-time or Part-time Salary up to €30,000 DOE Be the Heart of the Practice We’re looking for a friendly, organised Veterinary Receptionist to join our team for a 6-month contract. This is a front-of-house role where you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients and their pets, setting the tone for every visit. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a busy environment, and take pride in delivering excellent service, this could be a great fit for you. What You’ll Be Doing: Your days will be varied and people-focused, with plenty of interaction and responsibility. You’ll be welcoming clients, managing arrivals, and handling phone calls and queries in a calm and professional way. You’ll take care of appointment bookings and diary management using our practice system, Vetscope, as well as processing payments and ensuring everything balances at the end of the day.
