Department: 02173 GCMG Levine Cancer: Rock Hill - LC: Oncology Pharmacy Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: This is an on-site ambulatory clinical pharmacist role intended to support the provision of care at Levine Cancer's Rock Hill campus. Applicants should have a thorough understanding of clinical oncology pharmacy principles, supplemented by a completed PGY2 in Oncology or Board Certification in the field of Oncology Pharmacy (BCOP). Applicants must obtain pharmacist licensure in the state of South Carolina prior to beginning this role This role is intended to support the Rock Hill, SC oncology infusion center during regular business hours, M-F. Pay Range: $54.90 - $82.35 Major Responsibilities: Oversees pharmaceutical care, including retrieving and evaluating biomedical literature and designing medication therapy regimens Uses effective patient education techniques to provide counseling to patients and caregivers, including information on medication therapy, adverse effects, compliance, appropriate use, handling, and medication administration Designs, recommends, monitors, and evaluates patient specific pharmaco...
