As the Chinese market accounts for a major part of our revenue, you will play a key role in supporting our Chinese-speaking customers throughout their journey with Excillum. What You'll Do Coordinate X-ray source installations and act as a communication bridge between customers and our technical teams. Handle service cases, coordinate technicians, and escalate complex issues when needed. Manage orders for spare parts and consumables, including quotation handling and delivery tracking. Follow up on outstanding payments in a professional and culturally sensitive manner.
