The Role The Regional Retail Facilities Partner is part of the Retail and Commercial Development team which supports Green Thumb Industries' retail locations by providing a safe, clean and functional retail environment for all. The Regional Retail Facilities Partner will play a critical role acting as the main point of contact for our retail locations' Landlords, Retail Field Leadership, and on-site management to proactively maintain our buildings and infrastructure while also problem solving for emergencies and escalations routinely. Responsibilities: •Plan building maintenance and operational programs utilizing CMMS system(s). •Manage all vendor contracts •Ensure the efficiency of all building systems, Including but not limited to; mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, parking/hardscaping, landscaping. •Coordinate site safety programs •Prepare operating reports and budgets on a monthly basis to leadership, and weekly work order progress reports to field leadership. •Maintain a safe work environment for all employees and customers •Ensure all processes and compliance programs are met via monthly audit. •Create and manage store maintenance and repair budgets •Coordinate wit...
