As we continue to elevate our capabilities and global presence, we are seeking a Lead Project Manager - NML & Special Projects - 6 Month FTC to join our dynamic PMO team at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Hethel. Summary: The position will develop and shape the Manufacturing centric New Model Launch function. The position will be expected to deliver and provide a pivotal role focused towards specific launch projects at Lotus Cars UK. The position will develop the project cadence and framework for future launch deployment, promotion of stakeholder accountability, project governance to ensure application of the Lotus Production delivery system whilst driving a positive mindset change within a new team function.
