Job Description: Wellness Nurse - LPN: Salary Range: $34.00 - $36.00 Hourly Retention Bonus: $1500.00 (paid $750.00 after 3 months and $750.00 after 6 months) Led by the community's Health and Wellness Director (RN), our Wellness Nurse is a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who provides direct nursing care to the Residents with an emphasis on holistic wellness. They also help supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by care staff of Certified Nursing Assistants.
