POSITION SUMMARY: The Corporate Strategy Manager will play a hands-on, cross-functional leadership role throughout the organization. This position will be responsible for enabling and supporting cross-functional teams while overseeing critical enterprise-wide projects, including a significant leadership role in tariff mitigation planning. Given current business conditions, RealTruck has a large and complex tariff strategy demanding dedicated support from the Corporate Strategy Manager. This position requires an individual with consulting or corporate strategy experience, to ensure deep familiarity with long-term strategic initiatives, the capability to work cross-functionally, and the ability to drive decision-making from ambiguous data sets. This role will require exceptional project management skills and the ability to manage and execute complex, cross-functional projects across various departments, including finance, procurement, operations, and commercial functions.
