Brindishe Federation Salary: UPS + SEND allowance (dependant on experience) Hours: Full Time, Permanent: The Brindishe Federation is seeking to appoint an experienced, aspirational and highly motivated SENDCo to join our established and committed team. This is a unique opportunity to work across two of our three schools , Brindishe Manor and Brindishe Lee, supporting inclusive practice and high-quality provision for pupils with special educational needs and disabilities. The Role: The successful candidate will work alongside the Inclusion Team, to provide the operational oversight of SEND provision across both schools, working collaboratively with senior leaders, teachers and external professionals. The role requires an individual who is child-centred, reflective and proactive, and who is committed to ensuring high expectations for the achievement and wellbeing of all pupils.
